On July 5^th, 2011, a then fresh out of college 23-year-old Charlie passed his real estate exam and a career in real estate was born. Over the next 12 years, what began as showing Uptown rentals to anyone willing to go, Charlie is now one of the top producing brokers at Premier Sotheby’s International Realty in the Charlotte office.  

Charlie is a native of the Charlotte region having grown up on Lake Wylie in Belmont, NC. Over his years of experience in the business, he has successfully sold over 300 properties in North and South Carolina.

Charlie has expansive knowledge of Uptown and the surrounding neighborhoods from working with an urban focused firm for the first 4 years of his career. Since moving to Premier Sotheby’s International Realty in 2015, Charlie has expanded his reach and knowledge to Concord, Belmont, Lake Norman, Chester, and everywhere in between.

Charlie is actively involved in the community as a member and leader of Business Leaders of Charlotte, which has donated over $500,000 to local charities since its inception. 

In his leisure time, Charlie loves racing, golfing, water sports, traveling, and spending time with his wonderful wife, Molly, son Gus, daughter Winnie and sheepdog Harry. Charlie and his family live in a historic home, circa 1890, nestled in the Historic District of Concord, NC.

Charlie prides himself on being a creative and proactive agent that thinks outside the box to sell properties. He is always there for all of his clients' needs and he is devoted to further growing his business using the global resources Premier Sotheby's International Realty has to offer.

Molly Williams believes the art of everything is in the mix, and her path to founding Modish Company, a staging, design, and furnishings market in 2015 is no exception. She is a creative spirit at her core, never keeping things status quo and always seeking to find the story and personality of every home or space she encounters.

Molly’s personal design aesthetic is heavily influenced by the unique beauty of the surroundings of her childhood in the historic countryside of Waterford, Virginia. Raised by an interior decorator and a history lover who’s shared hobby was collecting antiques and traveling to historic sites, she developed a passion for beautiful interiors, unique furnishings and a love of the hunt from a young age. She has an unparalleled eye for incorporating modern pieces with the warmth of antique and vintage accents to create soulful and interesting interiors that people connect to and find comfort, function and beauty within.

Molly and her work have been featured by Brides, Country Home Magazine, South Park Magazine, and QC Exclusive.

A believer in taking a leap of faith, her decision to leave a corporate job and follow her passions led to success in a new career and empowered her as a female entrepreneur. With two beautiful children and a historic home they are renovating together in Concord, NC, Molly and her husband have built an amazing life not only personally but also professionally through partnering their businesses and have experienced what success truly feels like when you follow your dreams.

Originally from the New York City area, Matthew Boland moved to Charlotte, North Carolina in 2016. Prior to a career in real estate, he worked at Doyle auction house and as an art buyer at One Kings Lane. His deep knowledge of art, antiques, and connection to the Sotheby’s brand started after he attended graduate school at Sotheby's Institute of Art.

Focusing his energy and insight on creating partnerships with his clients, he devotes his time to researching the market and negotiating top-quality results. Whether you are looking for your first house, a renovation project, or your forever home, Matthew can be your associate.
